Your Yoga Journey: 10 Week Personalized Experience

Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the foundations of yoga, a student looking to strengthen your personal practice, or a new 200-hr teacher looking to grow as a teacher, this might be for you.

This is not just 1:1 yoga. This is a customized yoga experience designed to support your unique individual body, needs, and goals.

✨YOUR YOGA JOURNEY✨

A fully personalized experience, designed for your unique body, needs, and goals. We’ll work together to build a supportive plan that helps you develop a strong personal practice and gently correct imbalances over time.

Your first session will include a full postural assessment. We’ll discuss your history, identify imbalances, and set clear goals. I also like to get to know you a bit and find out what kind of environment/experience makes you feel most supported.

After that, each session will be a customized, therapeutic practice designed just for you.

Our 1-hour sessions will incorporate mindful movement, meditation, and breath in a way that supports your unique body, physical imbalances, and personal goals.

Between sessions, I’ll provide home sequences based on your needs and goals, to continue your practice at home and check in weekly to offer support and encouragement.

I’ll also provide ongoing support whenever you need, throughout the program to answer questions about your home practice, ensuring you feel confident and empowered as you grow.

There are 8 limbs of yoga. Asana (movement/poses) is only one. If you want to strengthen your breath practices, mindfulness, meditation, or learn yoga philosophy/ethics, we can go that direction with your journey as well. Your practice, your journey.

✨PROGRAM DETAILS✨

Commitment: This offering is a 10-week private yoga series designed to create lasting support, consistency, and growth in your practice.

Investment: $100 per session (discounts and payment options available upon request)

Payment: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, with remaining payments due before each scheduled session.

Location: Sessions can be held at your home, my studio in Bountiful, UT, or another agreed upon location (including virtual).

Container: Because I want to offer the highest level of support and attention to each student, I only take on 2 private clients at a time. This allows me to stay deeply involved in your journey, provide thoughtful guidance between sessions, and truly tailor the experience to your individual needs and goals. Please ask about availability.

Mentorship: Certified yoga teachers have the option to use this series as a mentorship. If you are new to teaching or haven't taught in a while, we can tailor this offering to both help you develop your personal practice while refreshing and strengthening knowledge and skills to build confidence and help you grow as a teacher.

Scheduling: Weekly sessions are recommended to best support progress and growth, however sessions can be spread out and scheduled bi-weekly, or monthly, if needed.
