About Sariah


Sariah Howell is a yoga teacher offering in-person, online, and private classes rooted in mindful movement, breath, and meditation. Her work supports healthy movement, stress relief, and a steadier connection between body and mind.

Her teaching is shaped by her personal experience of yoga as a source of healing, growth, and self-discovery during a challenging time in her life. It is from this place of transformation that she shares the practice with others.

Sariah truly believes yoga is for every body, and that each pose should fit your unique body, not the other way around. Her classes are accessible, supportive, and welcoming for all levels. She aims to equip students with tools for practical, sustainable practices that carry beyond the mat.

When she’s not teaching yoga, Sariah can be found adventuring outside, singing, dancing, or soaking up moments with her family. She is a lifelong learner and teacher with a deep commitment to continual growth. She loves nature, music, animals and anything creative, finding beauty in the ordinary and making space for joy, even in the hard moments... especially in the hard moments.
