ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Sariah.

I first discovered yoga during a challenging time in my life, and it quickly became a profound source of healing, growth, and self-discovery. It is from this place of transformation that I share the practice with others.

My teaching is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself just as you are. I believe yoga is for every body, and that each pose should honor your unique body, not the other way around.

In my classes, you’ll find a balance of mindful movement, breath work, meditation, and stillness to nurture strength, compassion, and inner peace. Classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable so that everybody feels supported, no matter your age, ability, or experience.

When I’m not on the mat, you can find me outside in nature, singing, dancing, adventuring, or soaking up every moment with my family. I’m a mama to 4 amazing little humans and partner to my very best friend. I am a life long learner and teacher. I love animals and anything that allows me to be creative. I love finding beauty in the ordinary and making space for joy, even in the hard moments... Especially in the hard moments.

"The classes have been so amazing. I feel so relaxed and re-energized after. It helps me feel ready to take on the week! It has helped me learn how to bring inner peace into my life and helped me manage stress better."

-Aimee D

"I really like her online class. I like the biophysical knowledge that Sariah teaches, especially when introducing new techniques. Learning about the fascia was awesome. I have more energy and have noticed less overall pain and more mobility. It is also helping me feel more confident about my physical abilities and potential."

-Dalia G

"My first yoga class (private) was the most amazing experience ever! I've taken several yoga classes throughout my life, but I've never seen such an impact from 1 session. I had so much energy the next day and my areas of pain were much better. It was very customized. I love everything about the virtual classes too- the wisdome she shares, instruction on breath work and how to transition to different positions depending on where you're at. The routines always leave me feeling great. Just enough to push me, but I never feel like it's too much to where I feel drained the rest of the day. I always feel better after her yoga classes"

-Kiley C.

"She is an awesome teacher. She makes sure that you understand the poses. She listens and shows adjustments for those who need it. Her classes helped me with stress and hip and neck pain I was experiencing. Sariah will go at your pace and make sure that you know what you are doing. "
